Novell appoints Jacqueline de Rojas as Country Manager for UK and Ireland

Bracknell, UK— 04 Jun 2007— Novell today appointed Jacqueline de Rojas to Country Manager for UK and Ireland. With a long career in the technology industry, de Rojas brings to the role strong experience in enterprise software sales. Reporting directly to Javier Colado, Area General Manager EMEA West, de Rojas will oversee the full range of Novell's sales and consulting business across UK and Ireland.

“Jacqueline's strong business background and deep customer knowledge will continue to drive growth in UK and Ireland” said Colado. “With her leadership experience and a proven track record in delivering results and building high performance teams, her appointment is a real boost to the area”.

Prior to joining Novell, de Rojas spent over 20 years in leadership roles and successfully led change initiatives in a variety of challenging environments within the technology space. Most recently, de Rojas was VP Sales, EMEA for Cartesis, responsible for increasing revenues in software internationally and transforming the company into a licence-driven business. Various executive level positions have also been held at Business Objects, Ascential Software, Informix Software and Computer Associates.
