Group Discount

Eligibility Requirements

If your company and / or user group has 10 or more coming to BrainShare, they may be eligible for a 20 percent registration discount. In order to be eligible, please read the following information carefully and complete the group discount request form.

This registration discount only applies when 10 or more people register with the pre-assigned registration code or URL that is issued by Novell. In order to qualify for the group discount, all those who register must be employed by and/or affiliated with the entity requesting the group discount. The group discount cannot be applied retroactively to an existing registration. The first nine people to use the assigned registration code or URL will be charged the posted registration fee ($1,495 if registration is completed on or before February 19, 2010, or $1695 thereafter). When the 10th person registers, the 20 percent discount will automatically be applied, and registrants 1 through 9 will receive a 20 percent refund. Refunds will be issued, if eligible, based on the following schedule:

• January 29, 2010
• February 26, 2010
• March 31, 2010

Additional Eligibility Requirements: In the event 10 (or more) registrations are not completed, no discounts or refunds will be given. The group discount only applies to registrations made with check, credit card, money order, purchase order and/or wire transfer. Registrations made with Novell Training Vouchers are not eligible for this discount. For international currencies, the 20 percent discount will be determined based on exchange rates on the refund date. Use the following form to request a group discount that can be used by your company and/or user group. You will be responsible for making sure the code or registration URL is distributed and used.
