Session Proposals for BrainShare

Submission Process

  1. Review the session guidelines now and refer back to it often as you create your proposal.
  2. Be prepared to fill the following required fields when submitting your proposals:
    • Session Title
    • Technical Level (Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced)
    • Session Abstract (maximum 200 words)
    • Session Category (Data Center, End-User Computing, Identity and Security)
    • Session Track (Business Service Management, Virtualization & Workload Management, Enterprise Linux Servers, Collaboration, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management, Compliance Management, Security Management)
    • Novell Products
  3. NOTE: You must create a new account to be able to submit session proposals. This account will allow you access to submit/edit your session proposals.

Submit your Session Proposal

Once you have created your account and logged into the system, click on the "BrainShare 2010 Call for Participation" link.

The Selection Process

  1. Session Voting - All submitted sessions will be available for voting November 16, 2009 through December 4, 2009.
  2. Panel Review - All session proposals are selected by a Novell panel based on the content submitted during Call for Participation.
  3. Submitter and Speaker Notification - All submitters and proposed participants will be notified December 18, 2009 on the status of their submission.
