GroupWise 7 Client on Windows 7
Hello,
I am having trouble running the GroupWise 7 Client (version 7.0.3 HP4) on Windows 7. When I open it, I enter my password, then it hangs at the splash screen and won't go any further.
I've tried running the executable in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 and Windows 2000, but haven't had any luck. Has anyone experienced any issues like this?

Help - User changed something now 7.x client won't load
One of our users was playing with toolbars he says. Now he can't open groupwise. He gets a grpwise.exe caused and erro, send report type message. When I log in as him on my pc I get the same. I have a few 6.5 clients around, so I logged into one of them as him and it opens OK. All his mail is there and it works fine. Whe I use the 7.x WebAccess login, his email is fine. Is there a way to start GW client 7.x in "safe mode" with a switch? What else should I do?

Incoming email from IMAP clients
I have been asked to open up IMAP on my gwias to allow our users, who are not on our mobile servers(Notify or Blackberry) to be able to use IMAP to connect to their email. No problem there. Now, I have been asked to allow them to be able to send email from it as well. Problem. We currently use a Barracuda spam filter and that it the only thing allowed to push smtp mail via port 25 to my internal GroupWise mail gwias. I would have to open up port 25 to allow these imap users to be able to use my gwias to do this. Is there any secure method of accomplishing this in our environment without opening myself up for headaches? Like is there a way that I could do it only if it was a allowed groupwise account?
