GW7: Clients

Groupwise 7.0.3
The webserver is a SLES 10 SP2

On my webserver I've created the structure:
GWClient
+---win32

GWClient holds
setupip.fil
setupip.dk
setupip.us
setupip.exe

win32 holds
setup.cfg
setup.ini

For the apache I've created an addon config for the GWClient directory, that looks like this:
<Directory /srv/www/htdocs/GWClient>
Options Indexes
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Allow from all
</Directory>
<Directory /srv/www/htdocs/GWClient/win32>
Options Indexes
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Allow from all
</Directory>

But when I launch the setupip.exe it downloads asks for the US/DK language selection, and after that it gives me an error: "Error reading setup initialization file".

What gives?

Hi all,
Running GW703HP4.
If I set an expiration date on a users account, the membership in DL's expire too. That is great.
But if I re-activate the users account, will he/she automatically be a member of these DL's, or do I have to manually make him/her a member of the DL's again?
