TID 3278569 hit me hard today.
I lost our pools today on OES Linux just like that. I managed to fix it by remounting the pool and the volumes with the nss utility. Then i discovered i couldnt manage anything storage related from within iManager. Turned out to be yet again a faulty patch (patch-11949) that broke our system.
