First National Bank in Hermitage, Pennsylvania turned to their Reload system when the GroupWise server failed. Not only did Reload get their email back up and running in minutes, but they use it every day to recover lost emails. “Reload is a great product. It meets our needs and, unlike most products, it has the ability to grow with our company,” says Brian Diegan – VP Network Services, First National Bank.

Though the ongoing philosophical debate focuses on centralized email retention, legal hold for email means preserving all data from the point when reasonably anticipated.
