The Teaming Library has released two new forms. The Performance Report form allows you to record and analyze a performance and results in a number of areas to improve efficiency and help your business run smoothly. The Record of Disciplinary Action allows your business to keep track of who's walking on thin ice and who's not.

This week we tackle the beginnings of Teaming form creation. We'll add, modify, and move. Learn to use Text, Date, Selectbox, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, and many other elements.

Two more forms are now available to help you speed up your business processes. The Document Review form allows reviewers to receive and respond to submitted documents simultaneously. The Internal Product Request form speeds up the process of requesting and receiving Products for internal company use.

This week we begin looking at the form. We will be talking about the form designer, what it is and how to get there. We will also get you started thinking of your own forms and how to create them.
