DST Adjuster SPK for NetWare

Free This SPK updates the DST settings in memory and autoexec.ncf, and patches the Java environment. It is basically the same as the tool at http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/18726.html, but it has more documentation and the steps are broken out into components
to help those who aren't as familiar with SPK/CPK usage.
