Free, no limitations. Implementing Round Robin processing from a stylesheet can involve extensive use of the query processor which, for intensive DirXML deployments, can impact performance and after driver restarts can result in non-pure round-robin.
If all you want is a pure Round Robin, i.e state maintenance upheld between driver failures and restarts then use RoundRobin2.
