Proper cooling of your hardware is very important. In most systems cooling is done through a fan on the CPU and some in the case, some people however prefer to use liquid cooling. Today I saw two nice videos on Tom's hardware where they discuss different cooling fluids. The fun thing, beer seems to do quite well as a cooling liquid :-).
Probably not the type of cooling you would use in your data center, but funny enough to watch these videos: Part 1 and Part 2

Beer does well because of the alcohol content in it. However, one should refrain from using alcohol (higher levels...like denatured etc) for cooling. One of the best coolants to use is synthetic motor oil believe it or not. The Air Force uses Polyalpha Olefin which is the base for synthetic motor oils as a dielectric to cool lasers for laser guided munitions. So, I think they might be on to something there ;)
I'm surprised we haven't seen dielectric computers out there yet as hardware prices continue to plummet I'd think this would become quite a good idea.
