All-

I received a number of Emails this morning asking to postpone or cancel this meeting due to today's weather. I've canceled today's meeting and confirmed that we will be hard pressed to get into a conference room later in the week.

We'll get together for a meeting sometime after the New Year. I'll send information out to the group.

We will be having our elections at our meeting in January. Current NUI-KC President Gary Clarkson has taken himself off the ballot for this election. In addition to President, we will need to elect for Treasurer, and Program Chairperson (my position). If you're at all interested in taking a leadership role with NUI, please plan on being at our January meeting. I am hoping that we will get word by that meeting whether the various NUI groups will be granted Brainshare passes like last year.

Finally - being that we're not having today's meeting, I am announcing this to the NUI group via Email. This is my last week with KIS as I have accepted a position with a partner company of ours, Insider Training. I'll continue to work closely with Novell and KIS as I work with KIS instructors to continue delivering Novell curriculum on the Insider Training platform. I will still be local to KC for a few months and we can discuss my participation in NUI at our next meeting.
