OES/Linux Patch Installer

Free OES/SLES9 uses Red Carpet for patch management. You can use the GUI, which I've been told is broken, or you can use rug from the command line. Using rug to install patches is kind of clunky because there is no single command to list all the patches that you need and get a description of them. This script finds all the patches that are not yet installed and gives you a description of them and prompts you to install each one or not. Must be run as root or with sudo.
