GroupWise Monitoring in OES2 Novell Clustering
An application like GroupWise might crash but the Linux server will stay up and the resource won't migrate since the resource volume and IP address are still up. The solution to this is the Monitoring function within Novell Clustering on Linux.

Multipath Monitor
Multipath Monitor will compare the output of the "multipath -ll" command and send an email if a difference is found. This can be used to run on OES clusters or any Linux server that you attach to a SAN and use multipath. This can help you monitor for "failed" or "disabled", etc.
