I am working with Novell since March 1992, in multiple roles of Novell Technical Services (Frontline Engineer, hen Backline, DSE, Service Delivery Manager, and now Strategic Analyst).

I am based in Germany, EMEA (Düsseldorf) but belong to Novell Corporate working in Business Intelligence. So I basically deal with information of all sorts, preparing meaningful information out of "meaningless" numbers, analyzing work to determine improvements, and recently doing 'Quality' in Services (e.g. ISO and SCP).

I like snowboarding, kiting, land-boarding and, yes, PS3 games like Warhawk or Guitar Hero III , and my two kids enjoy it as well :-)
