A container object created automatically when applications enabled for Novell Licensing Services (NLS) technology are installed, or when a license certificate is created.Administrators can create a License Certificate through the metering option, even though an application does not comply with Licensing Services APIs. When a metering certificate is created, NLS automatically adds a License container object to NDS.
