Demo Systems Support Operation Moving to Novell Vibe Cloud
We're excited to announce that we will be migrating all our current support services and discussions around the Novell Demo System (Utopia & NODS) to Novell Vibe Cloud early in 2011.
Novell Vibe Cloud is a new Enterprise-ready social collaboration solution that is currently in open beta and already being used to solve real-world business collaboration challenges, both within Novell and in other organizations.
This move will enable us to bring all our users -- Novell employees and our partners -- together into one shared conversation about software demos and how to improve them. It will also build over time into a searchable knowledge-base of known issues and fixes for the Demo System images, and for the NODS Service.
I will announce further news once we have a date confirmed for the switch. In the meantime if you use the Novell Demo System I'd ask you to set up an account on Novell Vibe right now (it's free) and follow our two groups Novell Demo Systems (news), and Demo Support (support discussions).
