Process Net Monitor
Target Platform: Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 SP1.

This is the tool to monitor the network activity of the process. It shows all open ports including TCP and UDP ports. Also it displays currently established connections by the selected process along with state information. All network connections will be refreshed at periodic intervals thus allowing you to continuously keep an eye on the network activity of the process.
