Adminstudio ZENworks edition
Last week I posted about the R2 of our ZENworks 7 SP1 where we released some updated components in our suite. One of the components that got updated was AdminStudio ZENworks Edition where we moved from version 7.5 to version 8.
Unfortunately at the time of the release the registration page for the Adminstudio ZENworks edition wasn't updated yet and as such people that registered still received the 7.5 serial numbers :-(
The good news is that the registration page has been updated now and should allow you to get the right serial number. For the people that did register last week and received a 7.5 serial number, just register again and you'll get the right serial number.

The Registration page shows now Adminstudio 7.5 or 8, but the Key is not accepted by the registration process. It seems that the web site is still delivering old keys.

I have tested this twice

I have tested this twice during the weekend and was able to register without a problem. I have seen that some people seem to copy-past the serial from the registration page and copy the return at the end with it, if this happens the registration will fail. If the registration fails, please make sure there is no space or return at the end of the serial you've copied in.

Tested again, worked now. Seems that i was to early and the backend service called from zenworks adminstudio registration window was not ready.
