Bio

Alex Evans joined Novell in 1998, starting his career in the European Support Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After 6 years supporting European GroupWise customers he moved to Provo, Utah, continuing in his role as a GroupWise Support Engineer. Alex then briefly worked as a PSE for 4 of Novell's larger customers before becoming the GroupWise Product Manager. Alex is also a regular blogger for Novell
