PortaMail Live for Blackberry allows you to synchronize your RIM Blackberry devices (4.5.0+) with Novell GroupWise® 8.x. without the need for a BES server. Application data is synchronized in both directions either via a non-secure connection or SSL connection. PortaMail Live for Blackberry currently synchronizes the following device application data.

• Calendar
  
  • Synchronize your GroupWise Calendar directly to the Blackberry devices Calendar Client.
  • Alarm synchronization support. Your device will notify you when an appointment is due.
  • Bi-directional synchronization between your Blackberry Calendar and GroupWise Calendar.
  • Synchronizes with your Blackberry device via Wifi connection.
  • Repeats are handled in an intuitive manner.
  • Synchronize your allday appointments
  • No BES server required.
• Contacts
  
  • Synchronize your GroupWise Contacts directly to the Blackberry devices Contacts Client.
  • Synchronize multiple GroupWise address books.
  • Bi-directional synchronization between your Blackberry Contacts and GroupWise Contacts.
  • Synchronizes with your Blackberry device via Wifi connection.
  • No BES server required.
• Tasks
  
  • Synchronize your GroupWise Tasks directly to the Blackberry devices Tasks Client.
  • Bi-directional synchronization between your Blackberry Tasks and GroupWise Calendar.
  • Synchronizes with your Blackberry device via Wifi connection.
  • No BES server required.

System Requirements

• Any RIM Blackberry device of 4.5.0+
• Microsoft Windows® NT 2003, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX 10.5, 10.6
• GroupWise Server 8.xx with SOAP enabled.
