A. There are several factors involved here, primarily the amount of bandwidth that you have available, as well as the total changed data being written during each incremental.
The process you go through to prep the target VM for a data write takes approximately 5-10 minutes. So in the best case scenario -- with unlimited bandwidth and a tiny disk write -- the lowest RPO would be about 10 minutes. However, we usually try to be a bit more conservative when asked this question and say about 30 minutes.
