My course development team is writing a course about how to administer Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management (ZCM 11). As part of our course development process, it's crucial that we get feedback from our target audience. This feedback helps us to make sure that the content covers the right topics at the right technical depth. Before we go live with the course and release it to our training partners, we want to know that we've designed the right learning environment and that the hands-on exercises work the way they are written.
The best way to make sure that the course we've built works for the intended audience, is to open the doors for a free beta class, which will be taught online by one of our own ATT instructors. We would like as much feedback as possible to help us put the finishing touches on the content and the exercises. The trick is getting the right people to register for the beta class. So we are looking for those who need formal training on how to perform ZCM 11 administration tasks. Specifically, the intended audience can be either of the following:
- Those who are completely new to ZCM
- Those who have some experience with ZCM 10 or 11, but haven't taken any formal ZCM training recently
The beta class is scheduled for June 20 - 24, and will be offered online only. So, if you're available those dates and you fit one of those descriptions, just go here http://bit.ly/j2tTK8 and register for Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Administration (Course 3114).
If you have taken ZCM training recently, such as Course 3108 on ZCM 10.3 Administration, I suggest that you take Course 3113, Upgrading to and Exploring New Features in Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management. Go to this link for more info on Course 3113: http://bit.ly/ffRW6b

Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.
