INTRO:
This form allows a teacher or Teaming user within a school system to request funding for special activities.
DESCRIPTION:
This form is designed to allow a teacher or other Teaming user to submit a funding request for special extra-curricular activities. The user is required to submit information describing the specific activity, the benefit of participation in the activity, and the cost of funding the activity.
The simple workflow associated with the School Funding Request form sends the form to the school's principal for review, and then on to a district level review. The request is can be approved or rejected.
