As a network administrator, have you ever pondered how nice your job would be if it weren't for those pesky users in your network? I'm sure many administrators and engineers have dreamed, at least now and then, about how smoothly they could have their networks running if there were no users to mess things up.

A network without users, a school without students, or a hospital without patients ...

Until now, my posts have been exclusively about training deliverables that come from my team of course developers. But we're not the only game in town when it comes to delivering training on Novell products. Far from it. In addition to my team, which develops the courses that are delivered by training partners, we have two other teams of folks who not only develop but also expertly deliver training via Novell Online.

From the "What's New in Course Development" department . . .

I want to talk about two of the courses we currently have in development: Workload Management Administration with PlateSpin Protect (Course 8017) and Upgrading to and Exploring New Features in Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management (Course 3113).

Just this week, Novell Training Services launched a new Facebook page. This is part of an even larger effort to use social media to give our customers information about new training and certification opportunities.
