A Novell Distributed Print Services (NDPS) server component used by the Novell printer gateway to ensure that the Print Device Subsystem can communicate with the printer through hardware ports and legacy methods, including a server's serial and parallel ports (local printers), queue-based printing (QMS), and remote printers (RP mode).
