【事例紹介】Sony Italia社
こんにちは。
前のエントリからだいぶ期間があいてしまいました。
今日は、Sentinel Log Managerの事例の紹介です。
- ノベルのお客様: Sony Italia社
ノベルパートナーのH4T社との連携により、同社はNovell Sentinel Log Managerを新たな規制に対応するための最もコスト効率がよく機能的なソリューションとして選択しました。
Sonyさんを知らない人は日本にはいないと思いますが、子会社のSony Italia社にSentinel Log Managerを導入頂きました。
事例の特徴としては、
- 個人情報に関する新しい法案に早期に対応しなくてはならなかったこと
- 規制に対応しべきまでの時間が短く、早期に導入可能かつコスト効率が高いソリューションが必要であったこと
です。
Sentinel Log Managerは仮想マシン上で稼働するソフトウェアアプライアンス形式の統合ログ管理ソリューションでその点が上記の課題解決に役に立ったのではないかと思います。
