Part of eDirectory health checking is to monitor time synchronisation in the environment.
I've put together a Nagios check script which can be used by system administrators to monitor whether time is out of sync on any contactable servers from eDirectory's point of view. It also outputs a list of any servers that couldn't be contacted.
In v1.1 the following changes have been made:
With thanks to Magnus Felix for the enhancement suggestions, specific errors have been added when ndsrepair is unable to connect to eDirectory, eDirectory is defunct, or when ndsrepair is already running.
