SmartSYNC Palm Conduit Suite
SmartSYNC is the complete solution for synchronizing your Palm OS based handheld with Novell Groupwise and Palm Desktop.
Application data is synchronized in both directions between GroupWise and the device and optionally between GroupWise, Palm Desktop and device. A new feature which we call 3 way sync has been added. You now have the ability to synchronize your device with GroupWise at work, then bring your device home and synchronize the same device with Palm Desktop on your home PC or synchronize your device to both GroupWise and Palm Desktop on the same machine (3 way sync currently only works with Palm Desktop 4.1.0 when used on the same machine).
SmartSYNC can synchronize the following handheld application data:
- Email
Select the actual mailboxes you want to synchronize. Get notified when a double modify occurs (through the HotSync log file). - Date Book
Select the sync window for the amount of data you want to keep up to date. You control the amount of data that stays on your handheld device. Get notified when a double modify occurs (through the HotSync log file). - Address Book
Map the categories on your handheld to the address books within Novell GroupWise. Get notified when a double modify occurs (through the HotSync log file). - To Do List
Get notified when a double modify occurs (through the HotSync log file).
