Remembering the Last Opened Attachment
Problem
A Forum reader recently asked:
"One of my users asked if there is a way to get GroupWise to remember which attachment you last opened, by having it selected after the fact. Does anybody have any ideas? I do not see an option in GroupWise for this."
And here's the reply from Markus Colorado ...
Solution
You have to select the attachment first by doing a "normal" left-click. Then you open it up either by double-click or via the context menu and a right-click. This way the selected attachment stays selected.
If you directly open up the attachment via double-click, it will revert to the previously selected attachment.
