This Tuesday, February 12th, we will be auctioning
off a pass to BrainShare 2008 to raise funds for the
Sacramento Novell Users Group. The only requirement
is that the winning bidder, in addition their bid, will need
to make their membership current, if it isn't already,
or join. Membership to the Sacramento Novell User
Group costs $25 and is good for one year.

The pass provides you entrance to the BrainShare 2008
conference, normally a $1,600 value. BrainShare 2008
will be held from March 16-21 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You can find more information about BrainShare 2008
here:

http://www.novell.com/brainshare/

The winner of the pass will need to provide their own
transportation to and from the BrainShare event, as well
as their meals and lodging. (Although there is plenty of
free food at BrainShare.)

If you are unable to make it to the meeting, send me
your bid for the pass by 5:00 PM, Tuesday, February
12th. My email is:

This month, Jack will be introducing a new dish from the
King family Kitchen... Tamale Pie Casserole. A tasty
treat indeed!

The Sacramento Novell Users Group meets at New Horizons,
the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 PM.
New Horizons is located at:

1750 Creekside Oaks Drive, Suite 150
Sacramento

Parking is in the back of the building. A map and directions
can be found on our web site:

Come join us Tuesday for good food, excellent company
and a good time! Hope to see you there!

Have you checked your membership lately? If you aren't
currently a member it is still only $25 per year. Bring
a check or some cash and make sure you see Tom Inouye,
our membership chairman.
