Novell have released a set of Open Source Portlets that will allow you to plug content into your portals. The portlets include GroupWise Calendar and Email as well as a port of many of the old NPS Gadget portlets.

The portlets are JSR-168 compliant and will work out of the box with JBoss and Liferay. The link to the project is:

http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Novell_...

We would love to see how many different portals you can get these working in - make sure to submit your changes back to the project.

Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

Having any type of portlet support for Groupwise is a major step forwards.

Does anybody known about portlets for Teaming 2.0? Maybe this portlets area compatible with new teaming version.
