What's new in the Factory?
This week we are proud to announce the completion and release of four new forms and workflows.
Incident Report Forms: Through collaboration with local governments we noticed a real need to translate incidents "around town" into request which can be called in or entered in from home by a witness. These are four examples of inident topics that can occur within a city government or business with similar facilities. These forms can be downloaded and adapted to meet your specific needs.
In some instances some personal customization will be required (especially within the workflow). If you are a small hotel and interested in using the Incident Report-Water we would not expect you to have the Police Department and Fire Department in your teaming. You may chose to change Police Department to Security, and when a form enters the Fire Department state it is sent to someone who knows to call the Fire Department for further assistance. That person would then have before them all of the information regarding the incident.

In these coming weeks we are going to begin a series of articles to walk the user through the design and creation of a form and workflow. We are very excited for this release. We will continue to release new form article (like this one), and supplemental instruction frequently and hope for your continued input as to how we're doing.
