When I tried to use arguments in a command step I can't pass sentinel variables like %evt% %InitIP% or something like that.

As You know there are INTEGER, FLOAT, STRING and BOOLEAN variables, but those variables are created manually. So, If you need to use as arguments the sentinel variables, it's not possible.

This request has already been made to the development team.

The bug # for it is 468174.

Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).

It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

Unfortunately I was not able to find anything on the doc that would be a good reason to justify this behavior.
