Jim is Director of Crimson IT a local IT support company based in Birmingham. UK

Jim was previously employed as a Senior Technical Manager for ITV in the UK, with overall responsibility for the desktop, mail, file and print environments.

Jim has a wide array of experience in Identity & Access Management, forward and reverse proxy services, NetWare, Linux and Virtualisation technologies to name but a few!

Jim has written a huge array of task automation tools either using Visual Basic and the Novell ActiveX controls or Linux shell script, some of which have been published here on Cool Solutions!
