response unitsearch for term

A message that acknowledges a request unit, indicating successful receipt of data or an error condition. An RU can contain prefix information received in a request unit. If positive, the RU can contain additional information (such as session parameters in response to BIND). If negative, the RU can contain sense data that defines the exception condition.
