Generic File Driver for IDM - Update
The generic File Driver for IDM located at http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/18671.html has an issue on some platforms with regards to detecting if a file is locked.
The attached version (0.2) solves this problem.
Also attached is the driver configuration (not driver export) that is also listed incorrect on the above cool sollutions page (problem with XML inside an XML tag).
No new functuonality has been added. For more information, please look at http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/tools/18671.html.
Due to limitations in the upload, the attached zip file is actually a jar and the attached txt file is actually an XML.

Disclaimer: As with everything else at Cool Solutions, this content is definitely not supported by Novell (so don't even think of calling Support if you try something and it blows up).
It was contributed by a community member and is published "as is." It seems to have worked for at least one person, and might work for you. But please be sure to test, test, test before you do anything drastic with it.

You guys are on it like white on rice! Novell, I am glad to see that you are still in action! They closed down the campus in Provo where I used to do a little work, this huge Novell building and stuff, I wasn't sure what you guys were up to. I started a little driver site, and I was wondering what the best way would be, to intergrate that with your guy's piles and piles of drivers?

driver-config nor working

Hi,
I do not get the driver config to work.
Designer claims that it is not a valid driver config file.
Then I discovered it had lots of < and > instead of < and > but changing that didn't work either.
Another update would be appreciated. ( tested in Designer 4)
