I had the opportunity to be in Provo back in August for the Endpoint Management Summit, where Jon Giffard, Product Manager for ZENworks, trained us on the basics of ITIL and introduced us to Novell Service Desk.
This is a great product, and one of the coolest things about it is that it works on any platform in any browser!
