Vibe OnPrem: Pre-Configured Folders

We have recently added new downloads for each form and workflow that currently exists on the Vibe Resource Library. These downloads are exported folders that are already configured with certain forms and workflows. The intent for these folders is to shorten users time to productivity.

These folders can only be imported into Vibe OnPrem by administrators or users with admin rights. While the version says that they only work with Vibe OnPrem 3 or 3.1 users can try and import them into older versions of Teaming. We put them under this version simply because we exported them from a Vibe OnPrem system and not Teaming sytem. Although some of the more recent forms (ie Projects) will not function properly in Teaming because of newer updates to form and workflow elements. We also left the downloads for just the definitions. If you choose this option you will have to configure the folder yourself. We recently released a new article about this named, "Form and Workflow Deployment."

While these folders should help shorten the time to productivity, users will still need to configure notifications and access controls for these forms and workflows.

To download these folders visit the Resource Library - Forms & Workflows page and go to the form you wish to download.

Helpful content, but..

Thanks for the regular updates and pre-configured workflows and folders. There are some files not available when you click on them though. Of the items I tried downloading, the following were not avaialble: Workflow Routing, Knowledge base, Project Status, and Helpdesk
