A. Both files will be in the client\win32 directory of the GroupWise patch for the version you are running. So for example, if you're running GW802HP2 you can get the full build here:

Another possible option would be the Client download. We're not 100% sure those files are included in just the client download but you can try:
http://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=oJIW6j...
If you are using a different version of GroupWise, you will need to get the patch for your version.
