UIHandler for eGuide 2.1

Free UIHandler for eGuide 2.1 will display the email address of a user as a series of graphics - instead of a mailto: link (although you could still do that). The request was to have a directory listing that would make it harder to harvest email addresses from. Although my solution isn't perfect - it is simple. The only piece missing is the actual graphic files (i.e. each letter of the address will represent a graphic with the same name - a.gif, b.gif, etc). The meat of it is the GetGIF template at the end, and the call to it from the MSV_EmailLinkShowTD template.
