Tonight, Tuesday, October 14th beginning at 6:30 PM, the
Sacramento Novell Users Group will be meeting at New Horizons.
As time marches on, we continue to make progress on our
Migration from Netware to Open Enterprise Server training.
After careful inspection of the manual, it appears we still
have some maintenance work to perform before we get to
setting up the NSS volume(s) next month.
The reason it is taking a seemingly long time to get
through this tutorial is because we need to make sure that
we complete all the exercises, as some of this information
might be on the certificate exam.
So while we catch up on what is new with the tech scene in
and around Sacramento, Jack is going to be ladeling out
his famous Turkey Chile and cutting up slices of warm
Corn Bread for dinner. Ay Matey, a hearty meal at that!
Dinner starts at 6:30 PM.
The Sacramento Novell Users Group meets at New Horizons,
the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 PM.
New Horizons is located at:
1750 Creekside Oaks Drive, Suite 150
Parking is in the back of the building. A map and directions
