iFolder access problem through SSLVPN

Problem:

When tried to access iFolder server through SSLVPN client an error message pops up saying "Unable to contact the specified server. Please verify the information entered and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your network administrator."

Solution:

Exit from SSLVPN connection. Edit the host entries in the client. If client is Windows, the path is C:/WINDOWS/System32/drivers/etc/hosts and if the client is linux then the path is /etc/hosts.

Add iFolder server entry into hosts file.

E.g : xx.xx.xx.xx  ifolder.com

Connect back to SSLVPN server and try to access iFolder server. This time it works fine.
