Tool
With lmount it is possible to mount a medium which is only known by the label and not by its device node. This might be useful if you want to mount something on a system from which you don't know anything, for example during auto-installations.
I have mainly developed this program for mounting the SUSE 10.1 DVD during chrooted-scripts while performing an automated installation with autoyast to copy some files from DVD (because: it's a bug or a feature that YaST in 10.1 mounts and unmounts the DVD whenever it is needed.)
The ZIP file includes lmount-de.sh (German) and lmount-en.sh (English)
