So this is what you think a handy link? This must be the result of the last evening of the GWAvacon in Munich ;-) imho an EULA is that legal stuff noone ever reads before installing software, or am I wrong and did Novell plan for extra bandwith for the above url ;-)
(I found your presentations in Munich a lot more interesting! tx)

I get asked about EULA

I get asked about EULA details on a regular basis - far more often that you would think. Usually it is about 'devices' or 'users' and the definitions.
As for the usefulness of the EULA - don't all users read the EULA?
Glad you enjoyed the ZENworks sessions in Munich - we certainly enjoyed GWAVACon.

Ok, that's a good one. Maybe there should be a summary in plain english in front of the legal stuff. Just a couple of lines to tell the innocent what's the mindset of the complete EULA. And the real diehards or legal tigers can read the whole stuff... IMHO, that would improve the use of an EULA.
