TCopy copies trustee assignments from one directory structure to another on NetWare 3.x, NetWare 4.x, and IntraNetWare.

Installation Instructions

Copy TCOPY.EXE to the SYS:\PUBLIC directory on your server.

Usage

tcopy <source> [destination] [/s ]

    /S Copy trustees in current directory AND subdirectories.

Product Description

Tcopy copies trustee assignments and inherited rights filters from one directory structure to another. The source and destination do not have to be on the same volume or server. If no destination is specified, Tcopy defaults to the current directory.

NOTE: Files are NOT copied, only trustee assignments and inherited rights filters are copied.

Examples:

    Copy all trustees in j: to the current directory.
        TCOPY j:

    Copy all trustees from j:\ to k:\ including subdirectories.
        TCOPY j:\ k:\ /s

    Copy trustees in current directory to the data directory on drive k:.
        TCOPY . k:\data
