Here is the error message you get if you click on it:
Not Found
The requested URL /docrepository/docrepository/public/44/basedocument.2008-02-27.6179424502 was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at www.novell.com Port 80
