Want to use your mad translation skills?
We're piloting a hot new feature in our Drupal Novell Communities: translation done by the community. We have a tool that will enable community members with translation skills to translate any article in Cool Solutions.
The interface where you do the translating is pretty slick -- it lets you work sentence by sentence, and offers machine translation and other tools to give you a jump start.
The translations will be vetted by other community members to make sure the translations are accurate. Once a translation achieves our quality threshold, it gets published (associated with the original article).
It's exciting technology, being used on Drupal sites of many kinds.
We are planning to create a Translation Club for our community members who are interested in (and have the skills for) translating Community content.
