You may see "iFolders not found" errors the first time you launch because no iFolder accounts exist. This is normal. Just click ok and go to preferences and set up an account.
If you get simias errors when shutting down your machine just remember to exit iFolder first then shut down. The errors aren't harmful, just annoying. I've only seen them on Vista 64.
