-An xlayer was built from a snapshot of the MS Visual Studio 2008 Pro SP1 update process.
-When the component is placed into the same folder as the MS Visual Studio 2008 Pro VA (virtual app) and the VA is launched, this component merges with the VA to make the VA patched up to SP1.
-Problem: The New Win32 Application Wizard does not run correctly. It displays the XML code that comprises the wizard instead of running the wizard. This is not true for the real application that was snapshotted.
